Devin Morris supports MLE Consulting clients in their creative needs, specializing in art direction, styling, and curation. His services range from styling on shoots and creative direction for marketing materials and advertising, to unique collaged images for look books and marketing materials that provide a bold and impactful urgency to fashion imagery. A mixed media artist with a focus in physical and digital collage, and experimental photography, Morris' vision for fantasy and the surreal shines in his latest project, 3 Dot Zine. For many years Morris honed his aesthetic abilities in the field of fashion, specializing in buying, merchandising, editorial styling, as well as feature writing. Morris provides support in casting talent for shoots, creative collaborations and helps provide strategies for marketing and creative project rollouts. Through his years as a Buyer and Merchandiser in the luxury womenswear category for independent retailers as well as his experience as an E-commerce Merchandiser in luxury resale for Material Wrld, he is apt at supporting curation of storefronts/ window displays may it be brick-and-mortar or online.

Anastasia Kouriatova specializes in marketing activations, brand extensions, sponsorships and licensing. She is a one-stop resource to manage everything including concepting, creative development, contract negotiations, experiential production, staff sourcing and vendor management. Her experience includes working with international clients in the art, entertainment, and fashion industries, both with young startups and established global brands. Past clients include MADE Fashion Week, House of Waris, WXYZ Jewelry, Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Patricia Field, WXYZ Jewelry, FOX and FX Networks. With a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, Anastasia is able to draw on her extensive experience working with both American brands, as well as Russia, Japan, Korea, France, Italy and the UK to execute projects nationally and globally.
Kenzie Lane is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University where she received a BA in Writing Seminars and a minor in Marketing and Communications. With specialties in press outreach, community management, social media strategy and content creation, she has both big agency and start-up experience, from having helped managed the social platforms of global accounts to personally cultivating digital marketing strategies and content for small local businesses. Past agencies have included Mullen Lowe and Hill Holliday where she has worked on accounts from a wide range of industries including technology (Olympus Digital Imaging), automotive (Cadillac, Honda), finance (Bank of America), education (Capella University) and fashion (ECCO). With start-up experience in tech and a passion for writing and fashion, she brings her expertise to MLE's new app Feedshop through helping execute brand and press outreach initiatives.
Kelsey Ann Rose
With a background in Graphic Design, Kelsey Ann Rose prides herself on looking through her lens differently than many other photographers. With a fresh and youthful outlook, Kelsey has a strong passion for collaborating with others, with the goal of creating candid and honest images. Stemming from her love of collaging photographs while growing up, she likes to get her hands dirty with any opportunity she has. She's always drawing, painting, cutting, scanning her images to create a unique piece of art. Her photographic experiences span from lifestyle, portrait, interior to food - and she's always open to taking on a new challenge.
